A top food lead public house is looking for a Sous Chef to join the team. You will be required to assist the Head Chef in design and preparation of new menus, as well being responsible for preparation and cooking of certain dishes on the menu. This is a hands on role for an up and coming chef, keen to promote their career within the quality end of the catering industry. You will need to have excellent communication skills, patience when required and the ability to draw a line between work and play. You must have NVQ level 2 or equivalent in Catering and Hospitality.
